I enjoy working with clients of all ages from all backgrounds. I’m passionate about providing representative care, especially for LGBTQIA+ folks, those navigating chronic illness or disability, and anyone experiencing a major life transition or shift in identity. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in trust, connection, and care. We move at your pace, and I center your voice every step of the way. With a theatre and arts background, I bring a creative spirit and a sense of play to my work. I believe therapy can be joyful and expressive—not just serious or heavy.
