I specialize in supporting women 25+ navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and cultural pressures rooted in systemic oppression, conservative norms, or intergenerational trauma. As a Black woman and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years’ experience, my practice centers the unique struggles of Black women and women of color and marginalized communities . My approach blends culturally responsive therapy with decolonized frameworks, emphasizing: -Healing internalized shame with authentic and ancetstral wisdom. -Trauma-informed care for anxiety, identity conflicts, or burnout from “measuring up.”
