I have experience working with individuals of various cultural backgrounds, which has provided me with the experience in helping with a diverse area of mental health difficulties from Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Sleep Disorders, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post-Traumatic-Stress Disorder, (veteran, infidelity, domestic violence, physical, emotional and sexual abuse), family therapy . I help my clients decrease their depressive and anxious symptoms, identify their positive thoughts, decrease worries, feel relaxed, happy, sleep well, and develop good relationship with others.
