I am licensed in NY, NJ, FL, NV and OR. I work with individual adults, who struggle with the fallout of traumatic experiences. I helps clients develop a present sense of safety and process through difficult memories from their trauma. My focus is on making real progress; work with me is gentle yet deep. Gentle; through my nonjudgmental and complete acceptance of the authentic human experience. Deep; where I get straight to the core of what brings clients to therapy. My practice is trauma-focused, rooted in a deep understanding of the effects of trauma and specializing in addressing and fighting the internalized shame of clients.
