I believe that therapy is the journey of coming home to yourself. In our work together, we will begin the process of quieting down the external voices you may have internalized and learn to listen more closely to the part of yourself that truly knows what you most need. We will also focus on slowing down. By slowing down, we’ll identify what isn’t working and explore tools to help you grow, evolve, and feel more empowered. Therapy is a space to discover new ways of living and thriving as you move toward a deeper, more authentic version of yourself.
