Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your needs and be fully yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, or feeling overwhelmed, I offer a calm, compassionate, and non-judgement presence as we work together toward growth and healing. My goal is to meet you wherever you are in your journey and walk alongside you at your own pace.
