Do you feel like you’ve been carrying far too much for far too long? Life is hard, but you don't have to go through it alone. My ideal client is a young person or adult who is ready to create meaningful change in their life. Many of the individuals I work with are seeking to break free from family or social patterns that have kept them feeling stuck. Some have experienced trauma, neglect, abuse, or the impact of parental addiction during childhood. In time, this history can show up as depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, codependency, or addiction. My ideal client is looking to work through these struggles together. I specialize in supporting clients who are prepared to take on the challenging but deeply rewarding work of healing from trauma. I provide a space that offers both support and accountability, helping clients feel empowered as they grow, heal, and work toward their goals.
