About

I created Healing Haven Counseling Services for children, teens, young adults and adults who feel overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm urges/suicidal ideation, and/or major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling unsure where to start — and that’s okay. My approach is collaborative and supportive, offering both space to express yourself and gentle structure so sessions don’t feel intimidating or overwhelming.
