I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. I am passionate about this helping profession as my life was positively impacted by a social worker, and I consider it an honor to pay it forward. My ideal client is ready to see an improvement in their mood, self-confidence, self-acceptance, self-care, interpersonal relationships, family system, social skills, and ability to adjust to life changes. They are ready to break free from the bond of an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, or any other mental, emotional, and/or spiritual stronghold they may be up against. As an LCSW, I utilize evidence-based interventions such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
