Hi, I’m Faith! I'm passionate about working with women who are ready to do the deep inner work and are curious about how their emotional and physical experiences are connected. I support clients who are navigating chronic health conditions or persistent pain, and are seeking more balance, clarity, and compassion for themselves. I also support women who are struggling with anxiety—whether it’s tied to health concerns or life transitions—and are looking for tools and insight to feel more grounded. For those who desire it, I offer a faith-based perspective and welcome Christian integration into the therapy process.
