I am meeting with clients both in person and online whichever works best for you! Therapy is hard work and I am here to help. We all need support and what that means is different for each person; therapy is not cookie-cutter. Together we will figure out what you need in order to reach your goals. I believe that every person has the ability to heal by utilizing and enhancing their own strengths. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, Sand Tray and art therapy techniques.
