I use a Solution Focused Strength Based approach to therapy. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness, Gestalt and Mindfulness in therapy sessions. I realize the value of being culturally competent when working with clients of different cultures.
