I am a mental health therapist, specializing in working with youth and adults experiencing anxiety, mood, and other disorders of regulation. I have been in private practice for 21 years. I have been a school social worker for 32 years, thus I have experience in both the clinical and school settings. I believe in working from a strengths perspective, building on my clients' assets, and learning resiliency skills in addressing the challenges they face. I provide psycho-education in understanding how the different parts of the brain impact our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and strategies to become healthy emotionally and physically.
