Parenting is hard work and children don't come with instructions! As a parent we often worry about our children's well-being and we want to do the best for our children. At the same time we can feel overwhelmed especially if our children have experienced abuse, are acting out, experiencing adjustment to a divorce or other family changes, making bad choices, or seem sad and worried. Sometimes we don't know where to turn or what to do next. You may start to feel like you've tried everything with no results. I, and my licensed associate therapists, specialize in these and other issues.
