At every in-person or virtual therapy session, we work together to explore your emotional experiences as well as the feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that may be holding you back from living the life you desire. I am a Grief and Trauma-Informed, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and private practice owner of Anchored Serenity Therapeutic Solutions, PLLC. I service children of all ages, adults, and adolescence. I have a deep passion for working with individuals who are experiencing loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and/or stress management.
