I work with individuals of all ages whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, school problems, family conflicts, trauma, cross cultural problems and parenting issues, I am here to support you. I offer Teletherapy services to individuals residing in Michigan, by providing a confidential, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and work toward meaningful change. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful and evidence-based method for healing trauma. EMDR helps reprocess distressing memories, allowing you to reduce their emotional impulses. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Psychodynamics.
