I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and couples with relationship issues, addiction, and mental health challenges helping them grow, be in control of their emotions, and make positive changes in their lives. I utilize multiple therapeutic approaches to create an individualized and unique delivery of care typically combining Mindfulness-Based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, motivational interviewing, DBT, and psychodynamic techniques.
