My focus is to work with adults and provide a safe space for their stories. “The most dangerous stories we make up are the narratives that diminish our inherent worthiness” (Brene Brown). I work with adults, couples and parents who are navigating complex relationships, struggling with emotional regulation and healthy decisions, and low self-esteem or self-confidence. Through evidence-based strategies and interventions, I work to improve communication, relationships, regulation, and sense of self.
