Hi! My name is Farrah. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of the Sacramento region. I've been working in the education system with children and adolescents for 15 years. My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. When working with clients, my approach is founded on understanding, flexibility, and empowerment.
