Navigating a journey, seeking therapy, figuring out meanings, setting and reaching intentions, transitions in life, making changes, and all the “stuff” that comes with that can be overwhelming. My goal is to help it become less overwhelming and more manageable. I strive to create a safe environment where individuals feel heard which allows space for change. The space created helps guide individuals to recognize their own strengths and learn new skills for growth. Each individual is their own key to discovering their new journey and I am here to help in that discovery. I enjoy helping others in the following focus areas, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, suicidal ideations and self-harm, grief, attachment, emotion regulation, life transitions, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
