I’m a licensed counselor and Registered Play Therapist who works with kids, teens, and adults navigating everything from big life transitions to healing from tough experiences. I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, and Play Therapy. I always tailor my approach to fit each person’s unique needs. At the heart of my practice is a person-centered approach. I believe in creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and truly yours, where you can explore your story, build on your strengths, and take steps toward healing and growth.
