My name is Fatima and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am licensed in LA, TX & VA. I have over 17 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, addiction, and grief. I’ve supported children and families in the child protection system, worked with those struggling with substance abuse, and assisted older adults facing grief and age-related challenges. With experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), I help clients manage workplace stress, major life transitions, and personal struggles. Together, we focus on building resilience, healing, and creating positive change.
