I am a culturally-sensitive psychotherapist with ADHD herself; which aids my understanding of those struggling with identity or consider themselves the "black sheep". I specialize in working with individuals and relationships that are in significant transition. While helping to facilitate a process where clients are able to examine and understand their hurt/pain concerning life choices. Complex histories, such as the experience of constant wounding in relationships often times impairs our view of ourselves and can make the world feel isolating. Directly affecting how we form friendships or seek out romantic partnerships.
