As a Pakistani-American and Muslim clinician, I understand the complexities of identity and culture and the way they intersect with mental health. I aim to help my clients navigate their mental health and build coping tools that align with their values. I have worked with clients of diverse backgrounds on navigating anxiety, self-esteem, depression and relationship struggles. I use a collaborative and strengths-based approach, helping my clients recognize and utilize their power.
