Opening up to a stranger can feel intimidating especially when life feels overwhelming. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity, and complicated family/cultural dynamics. My style is warm, real, and grounded in the belief that you already carry the strength and wisdom to navigate your path. Therapy with me is more real talk, and less robot nodding.
