My name is Fausto Poza, I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), and I work mostly with couples and individuals on a wide variety of issues, most commonly anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, grief, and anger. I generally describe my approach as person-centered, as the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for progress and healing. Through a client-centered approach, I'll work side by side with you, helping you navigate a path forward that you feel comfortable with.
