Contacting a therapist is often a difficult first step. A compassionate, judgment-free and supportive environment is what you will find in my practice. Many clients are experiencing additional challenges and stressors these last few years leading to increased anxiety and depression, and finding successful coping strategies is critical. I work with adults, children, adolescents, college students, and their families who are dealing with anxiety, depression and grief. While working in schools, I experienced firsthand the extra challenges and frustration that students and teachers face each day and I bring this knowledge to my practice.
