Life offers us all challenges, and sometimes those challenges may seem unbearable or especially unique. Some of us experience difficulties from the time we are little children- trauma, abuse, neglect. We each have unique abilities and strengths. Sometimes, we have trouble accessing our strengths, but you have gifts in your being that are your gifts and strengths alone. My goal in working with you is to act as a catalyst -to encourage you to find your talents, abilities, and strengths that will serve you in coping with whatever difficulty life has given you.
