If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, feelings of worthlessness, difficulty controlling your anger, unable to concentrate, and/or having relationship issues, let's determine if we would be a good "fit" to work towards your healing. I believe that counseling should be a safe and nurturing space that is built upon trust, empathy, and non-judgment. I treat each person as a unique individual, who is worthy of unconditional acceptance, regardless of their personal circumstances, beliefs and struggles. I also provide relationship, premarital, and marriage counseling. Some of the major issues addressed include communication skills, trust, infidelity, parenting, finances, sex, abuse, and differing belief systems.
