I believe that each person is unique, shaped by their individual life experiences. My goal as a therapist is to collaborate with clients to explore their personal narratives, identify patterns, and reclaim their sense of agency, while enhancing communication and relationships—with themselves and others. My approach is primarily existential-humanistic, grounded in the belief that personal growth and meaning emerge through self-reflection and self-awareness. I also integrate evidence-based modalities such as Mindfulness, DBT, Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), and (CBT) to facilitate lasting change and healing!
