My name is Feather Tapio, and I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with Empower Mental Health in Honolulu, Hawaii. I work with clients statewide via telehealth and in-clinic. Empower Mental Health is a holistic wellness center dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and achieve balance, emphasizing the mind-body connection. We strive to deliver the highest quality counseling services professionally and innovatively while maintaining an inclusive, approachable, and safe therapeutic environment. At Empower Mental Health, we don’t just work for you but with you. My therapy approach frequently utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Approaches, and Multicultural Therapy with families, keiki (children), and adults to help guide you through your mental well-being path. I have found that my style works best for anyone who is struggling with anger or depression, communication, or relationships.
