My goal is to offer a comfortable environment where you can achieve confidence in your ability to improve your mood. Together, we will practice tools to help you find relief from anxiety and depression. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and supportive resources. Your goals and progress are my primary focus.
