I seek to create an supportive, affirming space to explore raw emotions without judgment. My aim is to guide you on your journey of self-awareness so that you can make informed decisions about your life. I have specialized training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, which I combine with other modalities to help clients actualize a deeper sense of self-awareness. I practice from a trauma-informed perspective and racial equity lens, and understand that each client is an intersection of the various identities they are balancing (e.g. gender, race, sexuality, culture, etc). Part of what makes my therapeutic style unique is the way I intentionally tailor it to each client’s experience. I have the honor of working with adults, adolescents, and couples who are seeking to address a range of issues, including but not limited to life transitions, anxiety, stress management, interpersonal conflicts, depression, and trauma.
