I don't have an ideal client, per se. Whoever is in front of me, it is my job to help them figure out what they need to feel okay about themselves. For some people, they need to look at their pasts & get rid of outdated beliefs that are holding them back. For others, they need to define their futures & build on their strengths to accomplish their goals.
