As human beings, we all struggle with a large variety of emotions daily. However, we have the ability to heal from the pain of our worst experiences, but sometimes it just hard to know where to start. The first step to starting the healing process can be difficult, but also the most important choice you can make for yourself. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Associate (LPCA) having earned a Master of Education degree. My experience includes working with diverse populations, providing personalized treatment for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and many other behavioral health disorders.
