My inspiration for counseling comes from the power of human connection; I strive to create a space where you feel truly heard. When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me watercolor painting, gaming, or recharging in nature. As an EMDR-trained counselor, I specialize in addiction recovery and trauma-informed care. My background with Billings treatment courts has shaped my person-centered approach, using CBT and DBT to help you reclaim your life.
