I am a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in working with trauma survivors in individual, group, & couples therapy (Gottman Method). I received extensive training in trauma therapy at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). I only use treatments proven to reduce trauma & Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms. Trauma therapy is not easy, but I will walk alongside you as you build courage and resilience to heal and thrive! You must do the work if you want to get better. It's OK to be hesitant or ambivalent.
