"As a highly experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with 27 years in the mental health field, I aim to empower individuals to find inner strength and confidence and to believe in themselves again. I work with clients through a solution-focused and CBT approach to identify and develop the skills needed to resolve their unique challenges and situations. I help clients embrace their truth and live in the present, encouraging them to take responsibility for their actions while also reminding them that it is okay not to be perfect. The client can expect a review of the intake and the assessments the client submitted, as well as the completion of a risk assessment.
