Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. I’m the founder of the Renew Program, a 10 week heart-centered, trauma-informed healing experience rooted in the belief that transformation happens when we slow down, reconnect, and listen deeply to what our mind, body, and spirit truly need. Through Renew, I offer individual intensives, small therapeutic groups, and retreat-style intensives designed to support adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the lasting effects of trauma. My approach integrates evidence-based practices like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing (SE) alongside a holistic framework.
