I specialize in working with military personnel, veterans and their families. There are many different challenges that accompany a military lifestyle and some of those challenges are easier when you have a little extra support. I also work with people to heal from grief and loss as well as the changes that come along with aging. I have helped many people experiencing anxiety and depression, and people who are going through major life transitions. My passion is in helping people find hope and joy in life again. Through working together, we are able to take steps toward creating a life that you enjoy living.
