About
Initially, I was interested in therapy to help my own family members with understanding their mental health challenges. Later, I found fulfillment in utilize mental health as a pillar of healing for others. I truly believe we all deserve a chance to see a better version of ourselves. As not only a therapist, but a person I wanted to help others achieve their best self. I will make it my priority to be person-centered and provide the compassion that all my client's rightfully deserve to not only be heard, but understood. I believe that seeking therapy is an act of bravery, and a declaration of change. As a therapist, I will utilize evidence base therapeutic techniques to aid my clients on their healing journey.
