I work with adults & adolescents experiencing emotional distress relating to ADHD, anxiety, depression including self-harm & suicidal ideation, trauma, difficulties attending your job or school, transitional stress, self-esteem & identity exploration. Clients can process both daily stressors and long-term areas of distress, learning the skills needed to manage their symptoms independently. The foundation of my therapeutic approach is strength based & person-centered with aspects of narrative therapy. I will always prioritize and ensure our space is supportive and non-judgmental. My experience working in mental health includes a variety of jobs and settings expanding over 15 years: a day treatment center & therapeutic school, a residential facility & school, a group home for LGBTQIA+ adolescents, a juvenile court clinic, & community-based services including intensive care coordination, in-home family therapy & therapeutic mentoring.
