Life is beautiful--but it's not always easy! Whether you're depressed, stressed, heartbroken or in crisis, I can help. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I utilize strengths-based approaches to combat low self-esteem, anxiety and phobias including hypochondria (fear of being fatally ill). I'm also a PhD-trained Clinical Sexologist and Transgender Care Therapist (see details below) and provide EMDR for trauma. And as a professional journalist, I know the right questions to ask to get to the heart of a problem. I provide clients with a safe, judgment-free space in which to work through issues and consider it a privilege to do so.
