Are the relationships in your life with family members, a significant other, or friends leaving you feeling less than happy, emotionally disconnected, isolated and alone? Is your career less than satisfying? Are you wanting to make a change, but the “what-ifs” got you stuck? Maintaining relationships and adjusting to transitions in life, and even the pressures of work and school can result in feelings of distress at times. Left unchecked, these issues can lead to anxiety, depression, and other mental health symptoms. I work with clients ages 14yrs to adult using a combination of theoretical approaches and interventions. My approaches include person-centered, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, positive therapy, and relationship enhancement skills to name a few. I also incorporate faith based counseling upon request.
