I am the owner of Bloom Through the Ashes, LLC. I'm dedicated to working with folks ages 7+ experiencing a wide range of trauma and emotional distress. Embracing the transformative power of a client-centered therapeutic relationship, I encourage active client involvement in guiding therapy toward each client's unique set of goals. Core to my practice is emphasizing sensitivity, safety, trust, and empowerment. Through an eclectic approach combining skills from CBT, DBT, EMDR, SPACE and other therapies I work to address the holistic needs of each individual. At the core of my approach is a commitment to being trauma-informed, marked by sensitivity to each individual's experiences. This involves creating an environment that fosters safety, trust, and empowerment.
