I'm a Filipina-American Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Director, passionate about supporting adults navigating the complexities of growing up between cultures. I specialize in working with first- and second-generation individuals who feel stuck with big emotions, inner self-criticism, or pressure to meet high (sometimes unrealistic) expectations. I'm also trained in grief/loss through David Kessler's Grief Model. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. I blend psychodynamic depth work with CBT and DBT skill-building to help you understand what's beneath the surface while gaining practical tools for daily life.
