I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 16 years of experience collaborating with clients on a multitude of issues, such as martial/couple conflict, infidelity, divorce, family issues, anxiety, trauma, and grief (due to human and animal losses). I am dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace the challenge of change, by helping clients gain valuable insights and understanding of their struggles. I work collaboratively with them to develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address their unique issues. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness practices, Attachment Theory, and communication-enhancing techniques like "I" statements to foster growth and resilience.
