I work with people who are managing the challenges life can present including chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relational challenges, and major life transitions. I am grounded in a relational approach and integrate pragmatic skills from CBT and ACT along with a trauma informed approach that includes somatic work and expressive therapies. I work collaboratively with my clients focusing on what they bring into the space. I have 7 years of experience in the field, 5 in Vermont, and am provisionally licensed in New York under Dr. Gabrielle Schreyer-Hoffman at Upper East Side Psychology.
