English | español | Português Presently Not Accepting Clients As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Master Certified Addictions Professional, I have been privileged to assist clients from diverse backgrounds during their personal journey so that they can enhance their self-esteem, self-efficacy and self-autonomy. I believe that this personal development is more effectively achieved with lasting results if this process happens "As Within so Without" by replacing distorted core beliefs with healthy and productive inner narratives. My preferred therapeutic approaches are IFS, EMDR and Insight Oriented while remaining attuned to each client's preference and stage of change/readiness. I have worked successfully with a variety of issues from complex trauma to phase of life transitions, identity development and change, depression, anxiety, phobias, grief and bereavement.
