Hi, I'm glad you're here. My goal as a counselor is to provide you with a safe and compassionate space where you can find peace, healing, and hope. While this journey is yours, you do not have to face it alone. Although, physically located in Michigan; I am also licensed in Connecticut and Wyoming. I believe therapy should be accessible; therefor I offer online support throughout all three of these states. For Michigan clients, I also offer in-person sessions. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across settings, including the home, community, residential programs, outpatient & virtual care. I believe that each person is unique and special; therefor I prefer an eclectic and collaborative approach to counseling; basing your therapy journey on your specific needs. I have special training in EMDR therapy, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, & often use strengths-based, person-centered, parts work, attachment based & cognitive behavioral methods.
